Abstract

|
The aims of this study was to set priority of community health programme at the level of one of the provincial government. The questionnaire survey was done by policy maker and manager, community health personels, and doctors in private and public clinical practice organization through randomized sampling method from 2002, April to 2002, December. The items of questionnaire was consisted with health programme according to life-cycle and pre-existing programs that was executed in community health center currently. We made the analysis about the priority setting, project that will be strengthen, and project that will be reduction. Finally, the priority was set by the simple method. At result, health promotion, health visiting focus on the elderly, prevention and control of communicable disease was selected as high priority health project. So it should be considered that, in developing health programs, focusing on health promotion, health visiting of the weak peoples with elderly, disabled, prevention and control of communicable disease as traditional public health projects should be targed continuously and comprehensively. And further studies will be necessary to make it an accurate priority under changing health policy related community health program. We hope that the result of this study may the contribute to establish the 3rd(2003-2006)plan of community health care in the provincial government.
